French Roast - Organic Coffee Beans

This coffee is our homage to Café Kaldi and Café du Monde in New Orleans where I was first inspired and learned to roast. A place where coffee culture is inseparable from rhythm, sugar, and steam. It lingers like the memory of New Orleans. A traditional French Quarter New Orleans roast that has been copied as far as Vietnam and now, in New Zealand. This style of roasting is less about origin purity and more about presence. French Roast is a ritual, as comfort, as gathering, as indulgence without an apology.

Complex blend of the finest specialty organic beans, roasted past second crack.

Beans: Organic blend of Papa New Guinea, El Salvador, Mexican, Ethiopian, Colombian bean
Process: Washed, natural, and honey-processed beans
Roast: Oily-Dark
Density: High density, high altitude Arabica
